Humility is a prerequisite for the service. True humility results from understanding who you are and who God is.
Humility allows you to serve wherever God places you and do whatever God asks of you.
When you are sick or injured and must rely on a physician's care, you are humbled because you realize your vulnerability.
Likewise, you are humbled when you realize you are completely dependent on God to heal your soul.
When you have this kind of humility, you will be happy to serve your Lord in any way He asks.
