In the heart (soul) our true intentions are hidden, when we do something good or bad behind everything there is an intention, we can do good things with bad intentions, for example I can help a hungry child in front of a girl to gain her trust and then do her harm, helping the hungry child is a good deed, but the reason that led me to do it is bad intentions in this basically consists of deceit, He knows the intentions of hearts and the reasons why we do things, many say they follow God but do works with evil intentions, they become religious deceiving many men, even many believers, but God cannot be mocked, in due time they will receive the payment of their wickedness.

However, God knows those who are humble, those who with a sincere heart approach Him and do good deeds out of love, this provokes their love and may He take care of them because He will always be close to these people to provide them with sustenance at all times and comfort at the right time.
