In life there are times when we need extra support to be able to go higher. I remember the story of a man who is very clear in his mind of his purpose but lacked the backing of his family members. In other instances the problem is of a different sort altogether. There are those who do not know what to do. I have come across several believers who confessed that they do not know what to do next. Whenever people are in this state it is a pointer to one missing thing-inspiration!
No one who is truly inspired ever comes to a situation in which further progress is impossible.
How then can one be inspired?
We can get inspiration by tagging with inspired people. There are certain people that seem to be the life of the party.
They always bubble with enthusiasm.Such people can be quire infectious in a positive way.
Beyond this is the place of the spirit of God. The word inspiration in our text has the same root meaning as wind or spirit. When the spirit of God blows upon a man's spirit, there is bound to be a holy spark! When the wind of God blows upon you understanding is produced. You can understand your present circumstances, where you need to go or be, and how to get there.
Before closing this piece it is important to say that the wind or the spirit of God that produces inspiration and understanding does not work in isolation. It works in concert with the word of God. Actually, the Bible says the word of God itself has been gathered by the breath of God. When next you feel low in inspiration, try to focus a little extra energy on studying and meditating of the word of God. You will spring with fresh ideas.
From our topic today, Getting inspiration from God can also mean God giving us genius ideas to get through any thing life throws at us!.

5 Ways Jesus Can Help Us Get through Anything
Because of the Atonement, Jesus knows exactly right what you’re going through and how to help you get out. All you have to do is pray and to ask for His help.
- He will bring you peace
There’s a reason Christ is called the Prince of Peace. You can feel that peace going through the Spirit long after you pray.
“Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid” (John 14:27).
- He will lift you up
No matter what is weighing you down at the moment, tell your Heavenly Father about it.And Hold on to your faith in Jesus Christ, and you will feel extra strength buoying up in you.
“Every person, young and old, has had his own personal experience with falling. Falling is what we mortals do.With faith in the Lord Christ Jesus and the power and hope of the restored gospel, you will be able to walk high and continue on”
- He will comfort you
The Holy Ghost will bring you all the comfort you need from lord Jesus Christ, who knows exactly what will help you get through.
Remember: He’s experienced it all before.
“Sing, O heavens; and be joyful, O earth; and break forth into singing, O mountains: for the Lord hath comforted his people, and will have mercy upon his afflicted”(Isaiah 49:13).
- He will help you see the good
It’s hard to see what’s going right when everything seems to be going wrong in life. But Christ Jesus has sent you the Spirit, and with His help, you can see all the ways God has blessed your life.
“But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you”(John 14:26)
- He will help you feel His love
Jesus’s love is always there, but with the help of the Holy Ghost, He will make sure you get an extra dose when you need it.
“I have a testimony in my heart, brothers and sisters, that God, our Heavenly Father, and Jesus Christ know and love us individually”(Ronald A. Rasband, “One by One,” Ensign, Nov. 2000, 30)
