When a person knows and understands the Word of God he begins to act, that is, to take action based on what God says in his Word; It is not limited to just hearing the Word but to do the Word as God teaches us.
James 1: 22-23
But be doers of the word, and not just hearers, deceiving yourselves.
For if anyone is a hearer of the word but not a doer of it, he is similar to the man who considers his natural face in a mirror.
When a person takes action it is because he is believing, and we can see that when a person believes, it is the Word that also acts on that person.
1 Thessalonians 2:13
Therefore we also thank God without ceasing, that when you received the word of God which you heard from us, you received it not as the word of men, but as it is in truth, the word of God, which works in you. believers
We take action because we believe and the Word takes action in our lives establishing new patterns of behavior that allow us to approach God.
Acting is taking action and this action does not always involve moving physically. For example, if I believe in a new job, a house or a new car; I need to move physically and look for the most convenient knowing always that God moves with me.
Now when I have negative thoughts, confusion and fear I do not go from one side to the other looking for the solution. What one must do is to be calm and resting in God and in the Lord, and in that way I am also acting on the Word of God, that is, I am believing that God will do the best for me.
When a person knows the Word and accepts it but does not act according to it, that person is simply telling everything he does ... but he does not believe; therefore it does not receive results.
Some people know the Word of God, accept it, even speak it but do not believe it.
God tells us in his Word that his commandments are not difficult to not fulfill, or put them into practice in our lives

Deuteronomy 30: 11-14
Because this commandment that I order you today is not too difficult for you, nor is it far away. It is not in heaven, for you to say: Who will come up to heaven for us, and bring it to us and make it heard so that we can fulfill it? Nor is it on the other side of the sea, for you to say: Who will cross the sea for us, to bring it to us and let us hear it, so that we may fulfill it? Because the word is very near you, in your mouth and in your heart, so that you may fulfill it.
The word was written for believers and believers have the advantage of having body, soul and spirit, which allows us not only to understand but to discern the spiritual truths that God shows us in his Word.
There are several reasons why a person with body, soul and spirit does not believe or stop believing (and therefore, act)

1 BECAUSE IT DOES NOT UNDERSTAND
Psalm 119: 33-34
Teach me, O LORD, the way of your statutes, and I will keep it until the end. Give me understanding, and I will keep your law, and I will fulfill it with all my heart.
2 BECAUSE YOU ARE PRESSED
John 8: 31-32
Jesus then said to the Jews who had believed in him: If you continue in my word, you will truly be my disciples; and you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.
3 BECAUSE IT IS IN CONDEMNATION
John 5:24
Most assuredly, I say to you, He who hears my word and believes him who sent me has eternal life; and it will not come to condemnation, but it has passed from death to life.
Romans 8: 1
Now, then, there is no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus, who do not walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit.
4 BECAUSE IT DOES NOT HAVE STRENGTH
Isaiah 40: 28-31
Have you not known, have you not heard that the eternal God is Jehovah, who created the ends of the earth? He does not faint, nor does he tire of exhaustion, and his understanding can not reach him. He gives effort to the weary, and multiplies the strength to which he has none. The boys get tired and tired, the young people weaken and fall; but those who wait for Jehovah will have new strength; they will raise wings like eagles; they will run, and they will not get tired; they will walk, and they will not tire.
For all these states God has the answer, and that answer will take us out of the unbelieving state; where we are.
The key to be able to believe and therefore take action in the Word of God is in the renewal of the mind, change my way of thinking to change my way of acting.
The new birth, that is, receiving holy spirit does not affect my mind, therefore I can be reborn from the Spirit of God and continue to act as I did before and not as
God shows me in his Word, that is, to be a carnal man, with my mind acting according to the flesh and not according to the spirit that is in me. The Word of God heard is not of benefit to our life if we do not accompany it with our belief.
Hebrews 4: 2
Because the good news has been announced to us as well as to them; but it did not profit them to hear the word, because it was not accompanied by faith in those who heard it.
The Word without belief is another knowledge in my life, a topic I can talk about. We live in the Administration of Grace where we have to believe and then be able to see.
Those of us who believe in Jesus Christ without having seen Him are blessed.
John 20: 26-29
Eight days later, his disciples were again inside, and with them Thomas. Jesus arrived, the doors being closed, and stood in the middle and said: Peace to you. Then he said to Thomas: Put your finger here, and look at my hands; and draw your hand, and put it in my side; and do not be an unbeliever, but a believer. Then Thomas answered and said to him: My Lord, and my God! Jesus said to him: Because you have seen me, Thomas, you believed; Blessed are those who did not see, and believed.
God says in Deuteronomy that his commandments are not too difficult to fulfill. It is necessary to accompany the Word heard with belief and act on it so that this Word is of benefit in my life.
God has left us a record in His Word for our belief.
Hebrews 11: 1
It is, then, faith the certainty of what is expected, the conviction of what is not seen.
If I have certainty and conviction in my heart that what I hope I will receive, then I am applying belief and that belief will allow me to be active in the Word of God.

TIPS FOR A PERSON OF ACTION
1.- If you do not do it today, maybe you will not do it tomorrow.- If you do not take action now in the face of an important decision or opportunity, there is less chance that you will take action in the future
2.- You have avoided the indefinite postponement.- If you take action now you will avoid being postponing that task indefinitely or in case you end up postponing it at least you will have advanced something
3 .- You have already met the first steps .- One of the main causes of frustration in people is that "never take the first steps", by taking some action that brings you a little closer to your desired goal you are breaking this pattern of behavior that leads to a life of mediocrity.
4.- Acting immediately will become a habit.- Being a person of quick actions will allow you to achieve more in life than being a person of slow actions
5.- Taking immediate action decreases the fear of starting something.- When you doubt taking action in your mind you can see what would happen if things go wrong, this causes fear, which is usually the anticipation of a future pain that will come from a particular action or event.
6.- It may end up being easier than you think.- How do you know for sure that something is easy or difficult for you? How can you be sure that you will achieve something or not? Generally the answer is: "testing"; very often we consider that something is very difficult to later see that in reality the difficulty was apparent, on the contrary it was easy.
Santiago 2:26
"For as the body without spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead."
That is why the Scripture says that "by their fruits you will know them."
So if faith without works is dead, what good is faith?
In the same way, works without faith do not please God. The works must be the product of faith, and faith, the reason for the works. The one without the other causes us imbalance. We fully understand this theme in order to be able to bring this light to other people and be blessed people, taking action on what we believe in the Word of God.
