The Bible compares the church of Jesus Christ with the human body. Every Body member is extremely useful and essential to carry out the functions.
We could make another valid comparison with that of an orchestra, in it all the instruments have to sound in their respective time and logical harmony. All the instruments are necessary, all have their place.
GENERALITIES
Definitions of Talent, Gift and Ministry.
Talent: It is a natural (innate) ability that we bring we develop it and perfect it for the extension of the church of Jesus Christ.
Don: The word gift comes from the word "Charisma" gift. It is a capacity spiritual gift that God gives us to be able to serve him and my fellowmen. These / os they must be developed and perfected for the extension of the kingdom of God.
Ministry: is a content that includes a series of gifts and talents or group of people who develop complementary gifts / talents.
There are also practical ministries such as praise and worship, intercession, spiritual liberation, etc.
Who gives the gifts?
Now, there is a diversity of gifts, but the Spirit is the same.
And there is diversity of ministries, but the Lord is the same.
And there are different operations, but God, who He does all things in all, he is the same.

But all these things are made by one and the same Spirit, distributing each one in particular as he wants.
