Hello dear friends and brothers, the Lord bless you, today I am going to talk about an interesting topic, the similarity of two similar terms THE EXCEKENCE AND THE DEMAND, that before our God and in our life we must apply.
Today, most human beings aspire to be told that they have an excellent performance. However, few know the meaning of true excellence and are willing to pay the price of it. The requirement is the best path to reach the top of excellence. Who aspires to achieve this goal should strive to give their best.
In order to give the best of our being, it is necessary to look inside ourselves in order to discover the gifts and resources that God has given us. Then dedicate time and effort to work with them, polish them and use them in favor of others, as well as to honor the name of God. That is the only way to excellence, and it is not always easy. For some it means the negotiation of personal edemas, suppressing things that for others would be essential; have discipline and be able to overcome momentary failures.
God wants us to be people committed to excellence. In the Bible we read:
"You, on your part, ambition the best gifts" (1 Cor 12:31)
An important question that we must ask ourselves: What is the limit of this healthy personal ambition?
Of course, recognizing that all talent and Don come from God, our priority should be to offer the Lord and the neighbor a self-sacrificing and quality service.
"Live in a dignified way the Lord pleasing you in everything." This implies bearing fruit in every good work, growing in the knowledge of God and being strengthened in every way with his glorious power "(Col.1: 10-11)
If our search for excellence is not centered on God, in whom all gift originates, it could become frustrating and debilitating. The measure of God for the woman who yearns.
Excellence is expressed in his word: "And whatever comes to hand do it with determination" (Eph 9:10)
So I say goodbye and do not forget that when you perform your daily tasks, remember that God expects the best of you. It does not matter where you are, at home, at school, at work, remember to serve your neighbor and glorify God in everything you do and also in the way you do it.
