After the Resurrection from the dead, Jesus is making it clear to all that He is alive. This is no hoax and this is no fairytale, but this is the most important historical occurrence in all of the ages. Jesus gave Himself as a ransom for all of mankind. He rose from the dead and ever lives. Our faith in His bodily resurrection from the dead is our payment for our own eternal life. We are justified by His resurrection. Because He lives we can also live. Because of the resurrection, we have hope even in death.

Rom 5:1 Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ:

Rom 10:9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
Rom 10:10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
