1Co 15:7 After that, he was seen of James; then of all the apostles.

Jesus has a private meeting with his earthly brother James. Most bible scholars agree that James was the leader in Jerusalem. The people who believe Mary had no more children with Joseph after her virgin birth of Jesus, just have not read their bibles or don’t believe it.

It is my belief that we should defend God’s Word over our denominational beliefs. We should believe the Bible over some charismatic teacher. We need to know what God’s Word says for ourselves.

Mat 13:54 And when he was come into his own country, he taught them in their synagogue, insomuch that they were astonished, and said, Whence hath this man this wisdom, and these mighty works?
Mat 13:55 Is not this the carpenter's son? is not his mother called Mary? and his brethren, James, and Joses, and Simon, and Judas?
Mat 13:56 And his sisters, are they not all with us? Whence then hath this man all these things?

Mar 3:31 There came then his brethren and his mother, and, standing without, sent unto him, calling him.
Mar 3:32 And the multitude sat about him, and they said unto him, Behold, thy mother and thy brethren without seek for thee.

Joh 2:12 After this he went down to Capernaum, he, and his mother, and his brethren, and his disciples: and they continued there not many days.

Gal 1:19 But other of the apostles saw I none, save James the Lord's brother.

I love to read the Bible for myself to see what God’s Word really says. It is actually very easy to understand as we let the Holy Spirit teach.

1Jn 2:27 But the anointing which ye have received of him abideth in you, and ye need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teacheth you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in him.
