Salvation at the well (part 1)

John 4:7 There cometh a woman of Samaria to draw water: Jesus saith unto her, Give me to drink.

8 (For his disciples were gone away unto the city to buy meat.)

9 Then saith the woman of Samaria unto him, How is it that thou, being a Jew, askest drink of me, which am a woman of Samaria? for the Jews have no dealings with the Samaritans.

10 Jesus answered and said unto her, If thou knewest the gift of God, and who it is that saith to thee, Give me to drink; thou wouldest have asked of him, and he would have given thee living water.

Lessons we can Learn:-

1. Jesus Christ began by asking, "give me to drink".
   Most times when you are on the road of salvation it may feel like the God is taking a lot from you. You have leave certain friends, stop drinking, smoking etc... This may sometimes feel like you're loosing a lot.
   I'm here to tell you that God is just pruning you for greatness. You are about to enter into the Salvation of the lord..

1. The woman tried to bring up tribal differences as she was a Samaritan and Jesus, a Jew.
   God wants a relationship with you and not a religion or a denomination. Many people are stereotyped with religious consciousness and are ready to see the truth that always stands before them. You hear things like, "I'm a catholic" , "I'm a Muslim ", "I'm a Methodist "....
   Going to church is not the same as being born again. The lord is standing at the door of your heart. He wants you and not any religion.

2. No other water can satisfy you save the water he brings.
   The world is full of people triying to satisfy themselves with many different things.. Some have tried pornography, masturbation, weed, sex and so many depraved things all to fill that void in the soul. Only God can give you true peace and joy that comes from within. You will always thirst again if you follow the world.
   The lord has great plan for you to bring you to an expected end..

Receive Him into your heart today. Call upon Him and he'll answer. Say "lord I need you in my life, take over, be my lord and personal Savior. "
