The word love is far deeper than will think,some have abused it by just saying it when it is not needed instead of acting it.
Love is pratical,its an action word that's why it's a verb. There are several kinds of love but we will be looking at four, using the Greek categorization.
1.Eros: This kind of love has to do with sexual desire or attraction.The name Eros was gotten from the greek god of love Eros.
2.Phillia: Also known as brotherly love, it represents the sincere and platonic love.The kind of love you have for a brother or a friend,it is more cherished than Eros.
3.Philautia: This is known as self love we have the negatives and positives of this kind of love. Some people love themselves and are selfish,they never love others like they love themselves. While others love themselves and understand what it takes to make others happy, because they know what it takes to love themselves and also apply it to others.
4.Agape Love(True love) : This is Gods kind of love, and its totally faultless.The characteristics of this love is listed in the Bible lets take a look.
Gods love is patient, its kind, has no envy, has no high opinion of itself,does not dishonor orders, it's not self seeking, not easily angered,keeps no record of wrongs, does not delight in evil but rejoices with truth.
Always protect,always trust,always hope, always perseveres and never fails.

Jesus died as a sacrifice for us to be free of every bondage and curse. And after his resurrection our wrongs were no long held against us. This is the highest level of selflessness.
Marriages, Friendship and all forms of relationship have faced alot of crises and downtimes because they don't understand what true love entails.
Know God through his son Jesus today, study vastly how much he has shown love from the beginning. Take time out to practice those qualities of God's love in your relationship and experience tremendous change.
But you must Believe in Jesus, him alone can give you the capacity to express true love. And you might want to ask what of Christains who are found wanting of not expressing this love.
The answer is simple, they have the ability to but have decided not to and therefore face divers crises and breakups.Secondly some of them have not built capacity to express God's life because they lack God's word.
God's word is the only thing that can renew your mind and change your mindset which in turn influences your life positively.
