Hello Ladies and Gentlemen, peace be unto you all! We welcome you the SteemChurch Ghana's Blog, .
We will continue to express the love as a Church to everyone, both inside and outside the Church, most importantly to those who need our support seriously. We should remember what Jesus Christ encouraged us to do:
"Then Jesus said to his host, “When you give a luncheon or dinner, do not invite your friends, your brothers or sisters, your relatives, or your rich neighbors; if you do, they may invite you back and so you will be repaid. But when you give a banquet, invite the poor, the crippled, the lame, the blind, and you will be blessed. Although they cannot repay you, you will be repaid at the resurrection of the righteous.”(Luke 14:12-14 NIV)
Jesus in this context was trying to open our knowledge on how to sympathise with those who do not have at all. So, with the little that we have in our hands can be shared with them. Our Heavenly father will reward us base on what we have lost which could not be replaced for us by those people that we have offered help.
The work of God has so many branches, and with the Church, each branch must function well to bring positive impact on the Church, but comes with time. As we always say; " we cannot use one day to build an empire". We have to start from the foundation level, then on gradual process, we can erect the empire.
The Church system functions in similar way. The Church being the body has so many branches, with each branch coming out with different talents and gifts that merge together as vibrant Church. If every branch execute its responsibility well, then the Church must improve.
What are Our Contributions as Parishioners/Parishes to the Mother Church?
At moment, let's make some pronouncement of some cooperate bodies or individual Parishioners who have contributed immensely to the promotion of God's work, to at least announce the presence and continuous effort to the Spiritual growth of the Mother Church:
The social projects are many and we think that everybody is doing well. But we can see clearly some members and Parishes our doing their possible best on that. The contributions of Parishes that touched our heart most is the work of the Venezuela's Parish.
