All thanks to steemchurch members for amazing response on previous post. Today I'm going to talk about the a very bold topic about religions about Christianity and Islam. All thanks to for this amazing platform.
INTRO:
Christianity and Islam are the largest religions in the world both share a historical and traditional connection, with some of major theological differences. The two faiths share a common place of origin in the Middle East and consider themselves to be monotheistic.Christianity and islam both religions believe on different scriptures.
Some of the aspects i do believe that are simililar and some are different.
SIMILARITIES:
- Christianity and Islam both religions consider Jesus to be the Jewish Messiah of he Hebrew scripture
2.Muslims and Christians believe Mary was a virgin and that Jesus was born miraculously by the grace of god.
3.Muslims and Christians both of them believes that Satan is real and evil and that he always try tomisguide people and to follow him instead of God.
DIFFERENCES:
1.christians believes in Holy book bible
2.muslims believe in book Holy quran
3.Christians considers Jesus to be the Son of God
4.Muslims believe Jesus (Isa) as a messenger of God, not as the son of God.
CHRISTIANITY:
Christianity was developed in the 1st century . It was founded on the life, teachings, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ, and those people who follow him are called Christians. The Christian Bible is made by the Old Testament and the New Testament. The Old Testament is before the time of Christ. The New Testament dates from the time of Christ, or centuries thereafter. Gospels are the central book before bible. Christians believes thatQuran a non-divine false.which we are not to judge.
SALVATION:
Salvation in Christianity:
The Catechism of the Catholic Church, the official doctrine document released by the Roman Catholic Church, has this to say regarding Muslims:
The Church's relationship with the Muslims
"The plan of salvation also includes those who acknowledgement of the Creator, in the first place amongst whom are the Muslims; these believe to hold the faith of Abraham, and together therefore adore the one, merciful God, mankind's judge on the last day."
Catechism of the Catholic Church:
Protestant believes the necessity of faith in Jesus as a saviour in order for salvation. Muslims may or may not receive salvation in theologies relating to Universal reconciliation, but will not according to most Protestant theologies based on justification through faith.
"The first and chief article is this: Jesus Christ, He alone is the Lamb of God who takes away the sins of the world (John 1:29), and God has laid on Him the iniquity of all of us l (Isaiah 53:6). All have sinned and they are justified freely, without their own work and their own merits, by His grace, throughout the redemption that they are in Christ Jesus, in His blood (Romans 3:23-25). This is necessary to believe that this cannot be acquired or grasped through any work, law or merit. Therefore, it is clear and certainly sure that tfaith alone justifies us without faith we are nothing ... Nothing of this can be yielded or surrendered, even though heaven and earth and everything else falls.nothing stands in the way
Some Christians were present before the arrival of Muhammad (PBUH)
A mother as a believer asking jesus for help.
ISLAM:
Its a believe in muslims that quran was verbally revealed to prophet mhammed (S.A.W)by angel jibrail gradually over a period of 23 years approximately when Muhammad was 40 years old, and concluding in 632, the year of his death. Muslims regard the Holy Qur'an as the most important miracle of Muhammad(S.A.W), a proof of his prophethood. and the series of his divine messages that started with the messages that were revealed to Adam and ended with Muhammad(S.A.W). They consider the Qur'an to be the only revealed book that has been protected by God by himself.Muslims believes in Mohammed(S.A.W) the perfect believer and take his actions(Sunnah) and sayings(Hadith) as a model of ideal conduct
THE TRINITY:
The Trinity states that God is a single being who exists, simultaneously and eternally, as one and only, there is no match for him. In Islam such plurality in God is a denial of islam, and thus a sin of shirk

CONCLUSION:
My point is religion should be about humanity. religion matters but the thing is humanity we are not to judge others by their religion.Religion is side but humanity is humanity. hence point is both religion are good at their own way. Both of them teaches us humanity nothing else.that is what holding us together without religion we are nothing no point of life,no guideline. My point is not to criticize anyone nor any religion everyones good at its own way.We just need to believe in God
