In the world we see horrible things every day, every time the society seems more rotten, the respect towards the neighbor has been lost and everything, people have less moral values and there are many who have serious behavioral problems, which end up being maladjusted social, and so I can mention many cases. I think the main cause of all this is the friction of the family, we see how every day the number of families destroyed or dysfunctional grows.
The family is very important for the Church and it is not because of a whim, but because it is important for the human being. It is within the family where the person naturally learns true human love. The spouses learn the love of self-giving, and the children learn from their parents, preparing to one day be able to love in the same way.
We live in days where God's principles for humanity are being discarded, where corruption and disorder abound, as always when people turn away from the order of God. The so-called "free love", divorce, infidelity and all forms of disobedience to the designs of GOD, are causing the wreck of families and homes. Emphasis is being placed on the mass, or on the state, and thus the unity of the individual and the family is displaced. Therefore it is necessary that our attention be fixed towards the principles and purposes of God for us and our family, so that we are not swept away by the current of the things that surround us and fail to form and maintain true homes.
Analyzing it in a very profound way, the family is important because it is the most perfect natural example of God's love for man. Within this love of the family, the person naturally discovers the love of God, who creates parents and mothers so that we understand how He loves us, being the best of the Fathers or Mothers.
GOD created man and woman in his image and likeness so that seeing how spouses love each other we understand that this is the love of Christ for his Church, who died on a cross for her. That is why the family is the best school of Christian life. Behind the attack that exists today on the family is the enemy's attempt to prevent us from finding the image of God.
