Hello friends of steemit on May 12, a very special day for me. 12 May INTERNATIONAL NURSE DAY. A very nice date for our guild. This day was granted in honor of the pioneer and founder of what is now NICKNESS by her date of birth May 12, 1820. Florence Nightingale with her great work and dedication formed many nursing bodies, from a rich family rejected the comfortable social life to achieve independence and be useful to others, based on her good feelings the lady of the lamps worked in a charity hospital and in the Crimean War forming a nurse service visited the soldiers at night with a lamp.
For this reason it is my model to follow every day of my life since my first semester at university I was taught part of its history and scientific techniques and how important this date is for all the professionals of our practice and defines nursing, commitment vocation, love, dedication, responsibility, nobility, courage. In spite of all the adversities, the situation of our COUNTRY, let us continue to fulfill and exercise an arduous task and commit ourselves every day to continue saving lives with love and tenderness to each one of the patients and to all those people who need us the most GOD gives us His blessing and they are reflected with goodness, patience and strength to keep on going.
Nurse of heart and vocation I thank God every day for sending me to this world as his angel dressed in white no doubt there are no words that can describe this beautiful profession.
Only nursing professionals know how big and beautiful our career is.
