It's pretty crazy to me that I'm going to be in poland in just two days time, specially because this year has literally been the one year were I thought there was absolutely no chance for me to be traveling anywhere. Funnily enough, this will be my fourth trip and I'm still trying to wrap my head around that.

Of course, the main reasons for my other trips were not vacations, but rather business and medical, but still, it's pretty crazy for me to think. I mean, Imagine having the worse financial year of your life along with the one year were you visited more countries and more cities than ever. It almost doesn't compute, right?
Anyways, I'm preparing mentally for this trip in more ways than one. For starters, I'm a creature of the heat, I do not like the cold and you could say I don't operate well under any temperatures under 65 degrees. So, I'm sure I will be needing a constant supply of hot cocoa or something, along with the very few warm things I own, which is literally two or three items.
Another focus of mine is going to be to video things here and there. I won't focus so much on recording that I would miss out on what's happening, which funnily enough seems to be some sort of rule, but I would love to be able to score some key videos, maybe even do a short interview just for fun.
I'm taking a laptop, but I'm not sure about doing any shows this week, and will probably setup a replay for Wednesday since I'm probably going to be close to dead from the flight. As you might imagine, crossing the pond takes a while and the layover is extended, a cost thing of course.
But, I'm excited, I'm super pumped to meet everyone. To add some faces to the avatars will be a bit surreal for me, but something I'm looking forward to.
I have a gut feeling by the way, that after we come back from Steemfest things are really going to turn around. Why? Because sentiment drives markets, and after spending that time together, laughing and dreaming about this future we are trying to build together, I fully expect the positivism to take hold of everyone and thus see it reflected on the platforms that run on STEEM, this in turn would snowball into something great for everyone... Yes! call me crazy, but that is how mass psychology seems to work just about everywhere.
At any rate, I hope to share a drink with hundreds of you, they will sure have to be tiny sips to avoid intoxication, but yes...
Cheers my friends, see you soon
