It's fixed now. The nodes return the field vesting_withdraw_rate as 0.000001 for Hive account@roadscape's account. I've never experienced this before and I thought the rate would be exactly 0 when there is no active Powerdown...

I will investigate this further. For now I changed my logic, so that it checks for a bigger value ;)
