Have you heard the news?
According to news platform New Science, there is a 'bandwidth' black hole that is going to prevent Elon Musk & SpaceX from making the progresses they've been projecting to make.
At first when I heard this news I laughed and said wow, they must be haters of Tesla and SpaceX, but then I decided to click the article. OMG!
Wait, so its not a black hole? But people are saying that communications infastructure between Mars and Earth is messing up, really badly.
And they think they have a solution: the interplanetary internet. basically they are saying if we cant build machinery to keep mars connected, humans cant travel to mars.
personally I think its crazy. why do we need the Earth's internet if we're on Mars?
I think mars should have its own type of internet or communications system. if they want to communicate, it could be done through exchanging information a space salletite or communicating with sattelites. don't forget that time moves differently on mars, so that creates problems on its own.
to be completely honest, i think people are afraid of dreaming big and people like elon musk scare these type of scientists.
if you are really passionate about something, you'll find a solution to the problem. why wasn't this so called interplanetary internet being made YEARS ago? and what does Elon Musk have to do with any of this?
Elon Musk is trying to take us to Mars, not set up millions of years of infrastructure in one day.
people need to stop looking at elon musk as some sort of plane pilot and realize we're on the plane too as co-pilots. we should help him, not discourage him or anyone else trying to make a difference.
