WHAT IS "KILAWIN"?

In the Philippines, kinilaw (or kilawin) which use raw fish are usually referred to in English as "Filipino ceviche". ... Unlike Latin American ceviches, which primarily use citrus juices, kilawin instead primarily uses vinegar (usually coconut vinegar) and other acidic fruit juices.

I miss this" kilawin"in our province of masabate, fresh fish from the sea and make it a "kilawin"! In our own dialect in masbate philippines we called this "kinilaw"😊 it is good for morning just because the fish is taste sweet and fresh.😊😋
