Hello steemians..Just wanna share my 48th reputation on this day. I've been in steemit for two months and two weeks to be exact, and I just want to share my journey being a plankton here on steemit. Being a plankton is not easy, especially if you do not have a support from a community. Lucky for me that we had a small community here in southern part of Cebu in Alcoy to be specific, it may not that much upvote we gain, but its enough to keep us going and keep us steeming.
-How did I know Steemit-
Steemit was firstly introduced by my bro-in-law , thanks to deem, he was actually promoting steemit platform on us and to his cousins on the same age of last year mid of December. He told us that we could earn cash through posting blogs or even posting pictures on steemit. At first we didn't beleive him because it maybe a scam or something.
-Legitimacy-
We all have that what if's in our minds, like what if all our time and efforts in making blogs are wasted or what if its all just scams. To prove that steemit was legit tried to cash out from Cebuana, as far as I remember by that time the value of Sbd was about 10USD, we're all envy on deem by that time because he bought christmas presents for himself by his own earnings through steemit.
I hurriedly make an account then and luckily on the same day my account was approved. Unlike today that making account is almost impossible, because we had a friend who's waiting on his account for approval, and its one month already and he has not receive any email yet.
Back in reputation, I know its a long way to go, but the good thing is that I learned something everyday from other steemians through their posts, meet new friends and socializing people through steemit. I may not be a talented or skilled in blogging but as the tagline made by sir Terry a.k.a on his
,
Everyone has something to offer.
After all steemit is a place for every individuals who wanted to showcase their talents and skills. Soon I'll make another blog once I step on 50th reputation and will update you soon.
