Just this morning, when I am about to go for a jogging, I saw a man climbing on a mango tree. The tree really bares a lot of mango so I try to ask if it is possible for me to buy some and luckily he said he will just give it to me for free.

Raw mango contains Vitamin A and Vitamin E that enhances one's hormonal system. Eating mangoes is good with salt or with a sauce specially a spicy sauce. Eating it with a salt prevents the excessive loss of water from the body and helps to quench thirst. In addition it also protects one from th negative effects of very high temperature.
Between the ripe mango and the raw one I'd rather choose the raw one because it helps in weight loss while the ripe one contains calories adding to the kilos.
On the other hand they say too much of everything is bad to our health.Likewise consuming of too much raw mangoes will cause throat irritation, indigestion, dysentery and abdominnal colic. So we must it with discipline.
