2 Corinthians 1:3 All praise to the God and Father of our Master, Jesus the Messiah! Father of all mercy! God of all healing counsel!
2 Corinthians 1:4 He comes alongside us when we go through hard times, and before you know it, he brings us alongside someone else who is going through hard times so that we can be there for that person just as God was there for us.
2 Corinthians 1:5 We have plenty of hard times that come from following the Messiah, but no more so than the good times of his healing comfort - we get a full measure of that, too.
People have asked too many questions about their pains, trails and tribulations all too often. Questions such as "why me", "why did God allow this to happen to me". The truth of the matter is that there are no purposeless experiences in your life as a child of God. All things will always work together for good in your life, and this includes the pain and the suffering.
One amazing thing that your pain does, is to give birth to passion. Pain births passion, mess brings messages, out of your weakness strength is born. The Bible goes ahead to talk about the passion of Jesus Christ according to Acts 1:3; He showed Himself after His passion. And the amplified bible makes reference to His suffering in the garden and on the cross. Jesus was determined to save man, and that made Him go to the cross, and after the cross He became even more passionate. He ever lives to intercede for us till this day; that is passion.
But let it be known to you that you didn't go through all that you went through for nothing; sometimes God allows you to go through certain things so you can help someone who might be going through something similar in the future. There are times in my life that I experience so many harsh situations. The only thing that keeps me going in such moments is knowing that God loves me.
Everything now makes sense now. I now understand that I had to go through some things so I could get comforted by God, and then extend the same comfort to those who would go through what I had gone through.
Stand strong and watch your pain make sense in the nearest future.
