I already wrote about "Simplified Cashing Out from Steemit" few months ago but there are some Steemians who are still using "Manual Transfer" thru BlockTrades so I got the idea of writing this to show them the QUICKEST and SIMPLEST way to sell STEEM or SBD again.
Now that ETH wallet is already available at coins.ph and Ether (ETH) transaction fee is lower than Bitcoin (BTC) I sell STEEM or SBD to ETH if I need immediate cash. But for smaller amount i.e. 1 STEEM or 1 SBD I'd still sell it to Dogecoin [READ THIS].
We can send STEEM or SBD to any ETH address - wallets (Coinbase, Coins.ph, etc.) for cashing out local currency or exchanges (Binance, Bittrex, Poloniex, etc.) for trading other cryptos.
It doesn't matter if other exchanges do not support STEEM/SBD because we can trade thru 
Just PASTE Ether address in the "Recipient" box. BlockTrades would tell us if address is VALID or not. If valid, click "Get Deposit Address".
ENTER Steemit username and CLICK "Transfer Using SteemConnect".
"Manual Transfer" still works but I now prefer SteemConnect.
"CONTINUE" and "SIGN IN" with your ACTIVE KEY. I no longer use my password to be SAFE. In case of hack I could just change my password to automatically change ALL other keys (Posting, Active, and Memo).
