It's an innovative electric scooter that was specifically designed for urban mobility. It is 9 times smaller than an average car so such vehicles can be easily parked in cities thus solving the road congestion issues.

With a top speed of 28mph this vehicle is quite useful as a form of last mile transport. The three wheel design and a protective shell makes the bicar safer then other scooters on the road.
