You just have to predict which countries and cities will be mentioned more tomorrow than today.
For example you buy Somalia for 2.803 eth and if Somalia will be mentioned more tomorrow (according to Google Trends data)(for example there may be a airplane crash there) your city's 2.803 value increases. (or if it is mentioned less, your city/country's value decreases)
