Most technology companies have not been able to compete with Android and Apple in the smart phone market. Neither Windows Phone 10 nor Samsung's BlackBerry OS10 or Samsung's Taizen have stood up to these companies. But KaiOS, which reached the market in 2017, seems to be breaking the mold, but forcing Google to invest millions of dollars in it because of the success of the model it came to offer.

The handset market is currently divided into three sections, the leading and middle-class phones, as well as those that come in low specifications, all of which fall under the category of smart phones, especially as they work either Android system in full and lightweight Android Go, or the system, "IOS" .
