Project Lifesaver helped to 3650 missed people with Autism, Alzheimer and other related conditions or disorders.
These people were taken to their families back.
Let me tell you how it works.
People who are enrolled in this project are given a personal transmitter and they wear this transmitter around their ankle.
When they wander, Local Project Lifesaver agency has notification and a trained team will respond and try to find him/her.
Recovery time is about 30 minutes and most of these people are found within a few miles of their home.
