Have you found something free and with a lot of exercise? I hunt for you this produce ExerGuide. There are over 1100 exercises(for example: Ab Cycles, Alternating Dumbbell Chest Press, Barbell Lunge, Bodyweight Lunges and another 1000). This app is available on Google Play and also on App Store.
I can say ExerGuide has a bunch of exercise for different preferences. This platform is recommended for fitness management in gyms, can also be use with a trainer or not. Size is just 30 mb.
