Every year, 1.7 billion wooden pallets are produced for Asian exporters that are not reused. This leads to an annual deforestation of 170 million trees. The CocoPallet is a disposable pallet made from coconut waste and the natural binder lignin from the coconut shell. The 100% organic pallets are recyclable, environmentally friendly, can carry a weight of 3,000 kg, are stackable and therefore require 70% less storage space.
