Bubbly is a voice-based social media application that is compatible with virtually all smartphone. It is just like a voice version of Twitter and Instagram. You can follow friends, celebrities and make posts using pictures tagged with your voice. It also allows for immediate sharing of posts on Twitter and Instagram.

I really have no idea why this application is not popular considering the fact that it is totally free. It is a really unique app in my opinion.
