REX is a robotic vehicle that can be remotely controlled by long-range radio waves so that it can carry out search and research missions in hard-to-reach areas. It also has a mobile sample collection system that even allows it to dig in the ground and take underground samples.
It should be noted that the rover has traction on its six wheels to move more easily through the rough and complicated terrain.
Perhaps this is the rover that will brings us samples of the soil of Mars, as it is made with an alloy that makes it extremely resistant to temperatures and strong pressures.
