The device consists of a cylinder that is anchored in the terrain vertically, which transforms the wind into electrical energy by means of an elastic rod, with a system of coils and magnets, allows the generation of electricity with that movement. These wind turbine has the advantage of oscillating from one side to another and uses the kinetic energy to convert it into electrical energy.
This is about changing the current wind turbines of 3 blades, which generate electricity without pollution, or aggravate the greenhouse effect, but the bad of this system by its blade give a direct impact on the environment killing birds by the turn of their wings , in addition to the great noise that is contaminating to be human.
