Hunter's comment
This backpack lets you experience low gravity. Designed by students at Tokyo University, Lunavity uses rotors to simulate weightlessness, allowing its users to jump twice or three times higher while using a minimal amount of strength.
The inventors said that it has the ability to allow users to jump across the street, eliminating the need to crosswalks or enter a building through the barrier. And most especially it aims to help people overcome disabilities.
At this time Lunavity is just a prototype and there’s no pricing or release date, but its creators believe it can be sued to space exploration, to create new styles of sports, and even change wheelchairs — making more barrier-free environments.
This give humans new abilities that were previously only possible in science fiction.
