These specdrums rings could turn colors into sound. You can make beats and melodies wherever you are, just tap anything with color to produce musical beats and sounds.
It is connected to a mobile app to control a wide range of instruments. The color of each sound can be customized to what type of instrument and then the finger loops read whatever color they touch to produce distinct sound.
Plus they’re fully programmable via Bluetooth MIDI. It means they can connect to a lot of other music-making apps, like GarageBand they can also be connected to your laptop to play through software like Ableton Live.
These design is to make music more easy and accessible. It is great for music education because it is easy to set up and the children can learn musical pitches with the help of color recognition, and classifying instruments.
