Tiny floating house it can move around the lake,pond,rivers.It simpley look like a boat cottage.
Based on our taste we can order it but basic price start at $25000.
In general all footing houses stay in one place but it can move around the water as you need.
The cabin space is approximately 7’ x 12’ to 9′ x 22.All will painted with quality latex paint.
Its life time is nearly 40 years.It has very strong body it protect from water and sun.
A 120-volt, 15-amp to 30-amp power supply and contain two USB chargers for mobiles,laptops .
Two LED Lights fixed inside the cottage.
