CRUX realize that the temperature at which you blend your tea and espresso matters. That is the reason their stunning treated steel Precision Touch Kettle gives you a chance to choose accurately the temperature you require.
This sharp pot gives you a chance to pick precisely the correct temperature to suit your mix – 80˚C for green, 85˚ for white, 90˚ for oolong and 100˚ for dark. What's more, in case you're making decaf espresso, moment or favor a cafetière, select 95˚ to get the taste perfectly. Water that is excessively hot can singe sensitive leaves and make an unpleasant taste; not sufficiently hot and it won't draw out the full flavor.
