A true fairy tale in a green paradise that begins at Casa das Queimadas. Until you reach the majestic waterfall, the path is extraordinarily green. There are magnificent views of the village of São Jorge and the immense mountains.
Water is always present during the course. Sprouting from the walls, running serene by the "levada", falling from the sky on rainy days. It is a fantastic and safe track to be performed at any time of the year.
You will find some tunnels along the way, so be sure to bring a flashlight and protect your head.
When you reach the Caldeirão Verde waterfall, be dazzled by the breathtaking view of the immense waterfall falling over the cold and crystal clear lagoon. Enjoy relaxing to the sound of falling water. You can have a picnic before you return.
