Having tried a lot of advanced camera applications myself, I can say with confidence that this is one of the best out there.

Photographers revel in cameras with RAW shooting capability, and this app gives you that, with other advanced controls for a more "professional" journey.

Among other features are:

Full manual exposure control
Burst, Timer, Timelapse, Light painting (bulb) and video modes
Exposure compensation and bracketing
Manual focus (with zoom-in assist)
JPEG, RAW, JPEG + RAW shoot capabilities
Levels, grid overlay and histogram

And a whole lot more features that will cover your mobile photography needs. All for just $3.99 (for Android). The app is available across all major app platforms of iOS, Android and Windows.

The control is intuitive and the app is fairly fast, although a couple times the shutter froze on my 6GB 2.6GHz mobile.

Overall I give it a 4.3/5 rating. Check it out.
