Hey friends, today I present to you Dishcraft: The Automated Commercial Dishwasher. This robot can wash dishes faster and more efficiently than humans.
Washing dishes all day everyday is hard, hot work and not very rewarding, but now there is an option to let robots take over this job instead and they will do a faster, better job.
After the dish is cleaned with special scrubbers, it's rotated and examined for cleanliness using computer vision and machine learning algorithms.
Restaurants like the Dishcraft because "Robots do not call off, robots don't take breaks, and robots do not take vacation," Pouliot said.
