Here AR City Model is a cool app that allows you to take a peek into the future. With Here AR, you’ll basically print out a map of a city, then point your phone’s camera at the map through the Here AR app. Then, you’ll see a visual representation of the predictive navigation and self-learning capabilities that will power autonomous transportation. It’s a neat app, and while it may not serve a purpose in your day-to-day life, it’s still a fun way to spend a few minutes
Following these steps will help you use the app to its full potential.
- Download the HERE AR City Model app from the Google Play Store and follow the installation instructions.
- Download and print the map https://t.her.is/2KonqLF and place it on a flat surface.
- Open the app and point the camera at the map printout.
- Adjust the focus and hover your device over the printout to see the map come to life.
- Follow the on-screen instructions and discover all features of the HERE AR City Model app.
