As Steemhunt grows to make an impression on cryptoverse, February has been an extraordinary month for Steemhunt. Steemhunt achieved quite a lot from establishing a powerful SBA to the announcement of HUNT Token IEO in this month.
And so as to keep Steemians updated with the latest ongoing happenings on Steemhunt here’s another achievements’ round-up post addition to “Steemhunt Rewind” series.
1. Introduction of Steem Business Alliance (SBA)
Steem Business Alliance (SBA) is an organization to promote sustainable use of Steem Blockchain for any business involved with a common mission:
Working collectively to attract and build value-adding sustainable businesses on the Steem blockchain.
The idea of SBA was first conceived at Steemfest 3 in Krakow, Nov 2018 which then was progressed to an organization with

2. SMT-Tokens Market Initiative on Daybit Exchange
SMT platform is one of the contenders that holds key to the future of Steem and SMT-based project. However, there are few issues/questions that concerns, and to answer those Steemhunt initiated an active discussion to promote and launch our STEEM trading pairs for the SMT tokens on Daybit.
The first MOU (Memorandum of understanding) for SMT-Tokens Market Initiative was published on Feb 1st of 2019, and later on Feb 18th, it was confirmed with following STEEM DApps:

3. Collaboration with CoinGecko on Market Data Visibility
With an “SMT-Tokens Market Initiative” announcement, the question on how to track SMT price, volume, and trading data and maintain overall transparency in SMT-ecosystem can be concerning. And to that concern, CoinGecko, one of the earliest crypto-data aggregators and active Steem community member, agreed to collaborate and support the SMT-market monitoring.
Integration of the Daybit Exchange with @CoinGecko system, and supporting the SMT-based projects’ tokens listing on CoinGecko is one of the first steps to be carried out with this collaboration.
4. 15SP for All New Users Signed-up
The HF20 has too many improvements over the previous version, however, to the downside, the new user's accounts (that is used by the account creation token) are created without any SP value and just a minimum amount of RC.
Also, because of a bug, as first reported by 
Nonetheless, an easy solution to this bug is to delegate any SP value until the new user account makes their own.
So, Steemhunt announced to delegate 15 SP to all the new users signed via Steemhunt Steem account creation interface and will maintain the delegation for a month. This 15 SP delegation should allow the new users to perform regular 3-4 comments and 20+ upvotings per day.
5. HUNT Token IEO and Listing via Exchanges
IEO (Initial Exchange Offering) as a better alternative to ICO, Steemhunt announced to run HUNT Token IEO on several exchanges, two confirmed at the moment and on-going discussion with the third exchange.
The HUNT Token IEO will commence around the second week of March 2019 and after the completion of IEO, HUNT token will be listed on Daybit exchange and other exchanges.

6. 10% Bonus Chance for HUNT IEO Participants
Steemhunt will reward extra 10% tokens to every pre-committed HUNT IEO participants (who has to be a Steemian too).
The rewards will be sent based on the completion of the pre-commit survey organized by Steemhunt from 24-27th of Feb.
The ones who participated in the pre-commit survey and HUNT IEO has to send a video recording of proof of the token purchase to admin [at] hunt [dot] town to be eligible to receive 10% bonus token reward in their Steemhunt wallet.
7. 1500+ Subscribers Celebration on Reddit
Soon after SH reached 1000+ followers milestone on Twitter last month, we moved to improve our presence on other social media, Reddit.
Steemhunt subreddit managed to attract 1500+ (currently 1635) subscribers in just 8 days. The subreddit witnessed pageviews (impression) as high as 15000+ and 435 subscriptions in a single day, and 51000+ pageviews this February.
