This is a great tool to protect people from fraud. As it can detect fraud by tracking users regular activity and give alert to the users when some unnatural activity takes place.
I am not sure how much helpful it would be as cyber criminals use different mechanism regularly to break the system. But having something is better than nothing I believe.
