RealizD is a free app which enables you to track how much you use your phone, and what apps you use the most.
It displays your phone usage data in a variety of ways - it will tell you how long you spend on your phone each day, your longest time-use period, how many phone pick ups you make each day, and what your 'pick up interval' is.
There are also tools to help you manage your phone use - such as a screen free challenge timer.
