A must have item for those who love doing outdoor activities where cell phone coverage is not that reliable.
In case of an emergency, with one push of a button, ResQlink+ able to sent your location to the rescue team thus increasing the chances to saving your life.
Physically, ResQlink+ size is not much bigger than a computer mouse. This is really convenient because you can carry it without even noticing it.
ResQlink+ s using below method for positioning:
- GPS
- 406 MHz emergency message containing Unique Identifier Number (UIN)
- 121.5 MHz homing signal
Pro:
- Long battery life
- Buoyant
- Small in size and not heavy
- Not depending or cell coverage. Using satellite and GPS as location positioning
Con:
- Can only send emergency message
- Can't read and received message
