Are you the kind of guy who still belief in something that is causing you stress ,anxiety and disturb you day to day activities.
Think ladder is a mix of cbt and meditation which reprograms your mind of certain belief or stress or anxiety causing past traumas using cbt and meditation and makes your like work smooth and better
Our assumptions about the world and everyone in it have a profound impact on how we experience life. Believing something is safe or wrong or worthwhile or impossible determines whether we engage freely or stand on the sidelines, whether we enjoy being in our skin or shake in our boots. However, many of these beliefs exist in our subconscious mind where we are not aware of either their influence or even their existence.
