i thought i had hunted this before but i did a search and could not find it so i'm putting it up today! :) -- it's a program i actually use, have tested and something i would recommend to other people who want to do cloud CCTV on the cheap.

Kerberos.io is a free video surveillance solution, which works with any camera and on every Linux based machine. You can deploy a fully configured video surveillance system within a few minutes on the environment you prefer: Raspberry Pi, Orange Pi, Docker, etc.

oh man i can tell you so much about this software i love it so much, the installer to get setup is amazing, it's free, i've got it running on a raspberry zero wireless in a custom case and camera and it cost me like £30/40 -- you could have a whole batch of these running over wireless and the new version allows you to live stream to the cloud as well, it's amazing.

another incredible thing that i'm yet to play with but i'm looking at testing once i've got more time is the neural network/deep learning features where you can 'train' it events that happen and you get notifications on those events -- it's incredible!

Use their bleeding edge artificial intelligence to receive smart notifications. They process your videos and detect vehicles, persons and bicycles. Know when and what is happening at home, incredible!
