I've always enjoyed making pizza. I have tried many different pans through my years. I happen to find this on Amazon a few years back & bought it. I wanted to see if it really could make some Pizza Pockets.

Yes it could & it's really easy too. I use two pizza mixes. One for the bottom layer & one for the top. They will come out nice & crispy. They will taste like they were cooked from a pizza shop.

I have made apple pies with this too. Did the same thing & instead of sauce & cheese in the middle, you just put some sliced apples. Also this makes awesome mini deep dish pizza. You just need 1 mix for that. You can make all sorts of things with these pans.

This pan has washed good each time when I was done cooking with it. Sometimes you get pizza pans & you can not keep then clean.
