The Global Blacklist API is a project by Hive account@themarkymark to provide an easy to use API for product and services on the Steem blockchain to identify user accounts that create spam, plagiarism, abuse, and fraud.

Currently, the API allows querying Hive account@buildawhale, SteemCleaners, and Minnowbooster blacklists from one easy to use endpoint. Utopian, Smartsteem, and MinnowSupport blacklists will be added in the future.

The Global Blacklist API is free to use.
