I came to know about this project thanks to Naomi Brockwell. So I'll just share a video on why you should use and support BitBacker instead of Patreon when you can help it:

Patreon Charge 2.9% + $0.35 Per Pledge and Then They Take Another 5%

This is the best way for creators to get funded these days. Other platforms can get a lot worse when it comes to fees. If backers are pledging small amounts like $1 The creators will lose more than 40% in fees compared to 1% from BitBacker.

Hive account@smartcash is supported

I see many people on STEEM loving Hive account@smartcash which has some genuine potential and it's great that BitBacker is showing support to smaller projects instead of serving the status quo of crypto.
