This is as early as it gets for one of the pioneering cryptocurrency solutions to make crypto usable by everyday people. DashCopay Wallet is now in the "Early Access" phase for the Android users. iOS users will have to personally contact the dev team.
What's So Great About It?
I mean you could complain that Jaxx wallet support dozens of currencies and Dash Copay is just Dash. Let me tell you that this wallet is out to get PayPal and Square.
- Address Book that allow you to send funds to usernames.
- Invite friends via email, text message or social media.
- Shared Wallets for joint purchases with friends, track family spending and allowances, or manage your organization’s funds and expenses.
- Set desired network fees to increase/decrease confirmation times.
- Set local currency.
- Touch ID for log in (iOS)
The app is at a very early stage and there is more to come and it is all developed by the Dash Core Development tea which is a full time team paid for by Dash DAO. The wallet is as official as it gets.
