This product is nice, it helps to monitor heart rate, calories spent during exercise. It is rechargeable and it can last up to 7 months after one fully charge. It has a lot of connectivity ability which includes: Blue-tooth, ANT+ and Analogue communication protocol. It is made up of sweat proof and it has different size in case the one you bought is too tight, there are different big, small and medium sizes for every one who wants to make a purchase. Size will not be a barrier. It also has a sensor which enables it to monitor heart rate.
